  Worst experience in a phone shop ever. Went there with a relative that had a broken ankle so we parked right outside as we were aware there might have been things for my relative to do(such as signing documents or whatnot). Got in the shop, three assistants there and not one of them made the decision to help me so I had to take that decision myself. After I chose one of the assistants, she informs me that my relative had to be in the shop to be able to make a new contract(she was right outside inside the car in order to reduce the mobility) for clicking a few buttons(which could have been done on an ipad that they have plenty of). Went outside to inform my relative about the senseless having to go in and came back in to the shop to ask them again if one of them could come and give a hand(chance to go the extra mile). When I returned, they literally couldn't be bothered to do anything else, trying to push the job to one another, one of the assistants even stating that he had to go buy cigarettes so he didn't had to help!!! Left the shop, went to Vodafone up the road, got double the minutes, MBs and unlimited calls for the same price she was going to pay with O2.

  Took nearly an hour to upload a bundle that should have uploaded the previous day when it was bought. In the end, the only way the fault could be corrected was for the assistant to use his own bank account! That can't be right?
