  Won't be going to PC World again! I thought anger and frustration were all just part of getting your computer fixed, waiting around for weeks wondering when you'd get it back. This was not the case at The Computer Studio. I took my Asus laptop in to be repaired as I couldn't get it to switch on at all. The technician I spoke to seemed to know instantly what the problem was, he explained that the Socket on the side of the laptop was particularly prone to fail on the model that I own. Left it with them to fully diagnose and sure enough I got a phone call the same day to confirm that the socket is at fault. I gave the go ahead on the repair and picked it up the next day! I couldn't be happier!
